Fall down go Boom

somewankerSo this morning after picking Jess up at the airport, I cunningly fell down, tripping over my own feet, and twisted my ankle. And, I also just realized I think I managed to hurt my elbow as well, although not as badly. But it should go straighter and not feel quite the way it does. The Ankle is not happy, and I put it in cold water a while, which hurt lots, and it is now sore. I hope that ibuprofen is my freind.
This did force me to find a doctor, and thanks to the most wonderful Speedlime I will be there at noon, to get both ankle and elbow checked out. I'll probably make an appointment for the regualr checkup as well for another day. I am due I think, as it has been about three years.
Been okay aside from this. Nice to have Jess back.

Ibuprofen is a good thing, 'specially near after injury as antiinflammatory. Rx strength is equivalent to 3-4 of the 200mg pills, if you don't get stomach problems from it.
